Quick and fantastic. You will be surprised! It is a very good and very easy low carb pizza crust, amazingly easy to prepare.
One slice has 1.7 g carbs ( and 206 Calories. )
Time to prepare: 3 minutes
Time to cook: 15 minutes
Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 or 2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Basil
pinch of salt
( optionally you can add half cup of almond flour that makes the crust more full )
you will need a pan of 13 x 9
In a bowl mix all the ingredients. If you would like your crust be a bit more thicker put 2 cups of shredded mozzarella. You can also vary the seasoning you use.
Pour the mixture to the pan and bake it in a medium temperature. After couple of minutes when one side is baked gently flip it over to the other side and bake it for some more minutes.
When it is ready move the crust to a baking tray top it with pizza sauce, with your favorite meats or any other toppings you like and shredded mozzarella cheese on the top.
Put it to the oven until the cheese is melted to desired point.
