Low Carb Flax Seed Bread

For 3 years, since we have switched to gluten free and low carb diet I am trying to make a good gluten free/low carb bread and finally I can make one what I am happy with!  It is made of flaxseed meal what you can easily buy in your local shops and flaxseed is full of protein!
It is moist, it is soft, it has no gluten! One slice is less than 1 carb and 6.5 g protein!
The on hand preparation is only 15 minutes!
My children, my husband loves it I make this bread every week, slice it up and put it to the freezer so I have bread whenever I need, just get a slice out..put it to the toaster and that’s it…
It is excellent for toasting, for sandwiches, for jam or hot melted sandwiches..what is Stony’s big favorites 🙂

Hereunder please find the recipe.

On hand preparation: 15 minutes 
Time to bake: 60 minutes 

Ingredients:

2 cups flaxseed 
5 egg whites ( I used to buy egg whites separately for example the Crystal Farms All Whites- Walmart)
2 whole eggs
6 tablespoon coconut or olive oil
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese ( I buy it already shredded..) 

I used to make a plain bread with no seasonings but optionally you can add some seasoning like rosemary/basil/oregano/garlic powder or any kind of roasted seeds! 

Preheat the oven for 350 F.
Mix the the ingredients. 
Pour the mixture to a bread baking pan and bake it for 50-60 minutes. 
When ready, take the bread out of the pan wrap it with a kitchen cloth and put it on a rack to cool down.
When cooled down you can slice it up then separate the slices with a small parchment paper and put them to the freezer in a container or freezer bag.
