Are you are tired today to cook..? or just could not manage your shopping today?.. and you want to give something warm to your child and family for lunch or dinner?..and obviously something low carb and healthy?…here is a great delicious low carb solution what is super quick and easy to make..and something you will not disappoint your family with.
This easy-creamy delicious low carb sweet potato soup is one of our family’s favorite.
This dish is very versatile and a perfect treat for your body and soul!
Ingredients:
2 big or 3 medium sweet potato
half cup of sour-cream or heavy cream /for non-diary alternative coconut or almond milk
seasoning with:
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tbsp himalayan salt
pinch of pepper
Preparations:
Cut the sweet potato into cubes
Put them to boil in a pan with the amount of water what covers the potatoes
Cook them until tender
Add other ingredients and another one or two cup of water and cook it for some more minutes
Pour all the mixture into a blender and blend it until smooth.
Serve hot.
Before serving alternatively you can also add ham cubes, shredded cheese, chicken slices, frankfurters etc. or a piece of home made low carb bread.
Decorate with some sour-cream, shredded cheese, some leafy veggie, with some dried seasoning.
