My very simple low carb pizza crust recipe

This pizza dough is so simple and so clean i can higly recommend for everyone with a special diet! It has 15g netcarb per serving and it fits into paleo-, keto-, anti-inflammatory- or leaky gut- gastritis diet.
Very easy to make and you can freeze it for weeks. Only needs 10 minutes on-hand preparation plus 10 minutes baking time.

If you freeze them you just pull one out of the freezer put the toppings you like put it to the oven for 10 minutes and you have a low carb pizza for dinner with no efforts and feeling guilty 🙂

This recipe is super clean, gluten free, nut free, lactose free, low carb.
I always have some of these ready pizza crusts in the freezer and even on very busy days i can get pizza on the table if my family asks for it.

Please find my recipe below.

Ingredients for 8 pizza crusts:

5 eggs
2 cup golden flaxseed flour
1 cup brown rice flour
1/3 cup coconut oil
1 tsp soda bicarbonate
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian spices  ( oregano, basil..etc )
himalayan salt

Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 340F.
2. With a hand mixer, mix ingredients until well incorporated.
3. Put baking paper on a large baking tray and form circle patties with 5 inch diameter and around 0.2 inch thickness.
4. Pre-bake pizza patties for 10 minutes. ( With 10 minutes baking time you only pre-bake the crust so you can later add toppings and bake 10 minutes more so crust will be ready.) Let them cool on the baking tray.

Tip: slicing up the patties can be also a perfect snack with a cup of pizza or tomato sauce for dipping.

You can also put pizza topping directly to the crust before baking, and bake it for 15 minutes or until cheese turns golden.

This recipe might be slightly dry for the taste of some so it serves the best with extra pizza sauce and with generous pizza toppings and/with veggies!
