Homemade Baked Cheese Crisps

This snack is my always “to-go” snack.
10 minutes to make, never fails and always welcomed.
It is low carb, gluten free and do not wreck the low carb diet…they crunch and munch..and kids just LOVE it!

What you need (ingredients):

1 cup of crated cheddar cheese
( you can also use parmesan, Monterey jack..)

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 370 F
2. On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper drop a tablespoon of shredded cheese into separate piles with 2 inches of space between them.
3. Bake in THE oven for roughly 10 minutes. You have to watch it and it is ready when is golden brown color around the edges.
4. Pull out of oven let cool for 10 minutes.
5. Loosen from cookie sheet carefully and ENJOY!
