Rise (white or choose your preferenece)
Salt
Vanilla (just a little for fun)
Olive oil
How to Make
Cook the rise - as you like, nature or with flewer like onion, vanilla, spices and seeds
Freeze the rise in a flat shape (optional but helps to lose 20-30% of starch)
Shape the rise (or just cut the frozen up) to circle, square or hart :)
Put it on a tray with a bit of gap between them
Put it to the pre heated oven or use toaster
When it's perfect for you, crunchy enough then let it cool
