Crispy & Crunchy Rise Stack

  • Rise (white or choose your preferenece)

  • Salt

  • Vanilla (just a little for fun)

  • Olive oil

How to Make

  1. Cook the rise - as you like, nature or with flewer like onion, vanilla, spices and seeds

  2. Freeze the rise in a flat shape (optional but helps to lose 20-30% of starch)

  3. Shape the rise (or just cut the frozen up) to circle, square or hart :)

  4. Put it on a tray with a bit of gap between them

  5. Put it to the pre heated oven or use toaster

  6. When it's perfect for you, crunchy enough then let it cool

  7. Enjoy!
