The best low carb cheese crackers ever !!!

The Best Low-Carb & Gluten-Free Cheese Crackers
Stony loves savory crackers, and honestly, our whole family does too! I have been searching for a healthy, delicious recipe for years, and finally, I have found the perfect one.
This is the best low-carb cheese cracker recipe I have come across so far, and I now bake it every single week. We enjoy them in place of bread for sandwiches or paired with our favorite healthy dips. They are crunchy, delicious, and amazingly savory—truly a staple snack in our home.
These low-carb and gluten-free cheese crackers are made with a nutritious almond flour base. Best of all, they require only 10 minutes of prep time and 15 minutes to bake.
Ingredients
(This recipe makes about 30 crackers)
- 1 ¼ cup almond flour (blanched almond flour or almond meal)
- ⅛ tsp Himalayan pink salt (or sea salt)
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ½ cup freshly grated cheddar cheese (extra sharp cheddar is highly recommended!)
- 2 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil (canola oil works as well)
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the dough: In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly until a dough forms.
- Prepare for rolling: Cut two pieces of parchment paper to the size of your baking sheet. Place one piece of parchment paper on a cutting board and put the dough in the center. Place the second piece of parchment paper on top of the dough and roll it out to an even thickness.
- Score the crackers: Remove the top layer of parchment paper and score the dough into cracker-sized pieces using a pizza cutter or a sharp knife. Carefully slide the bottom parchment paper with the scored dough onto your baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake the crackers for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they are lightly browned and crispy.
- Cool and break: Let the crackers cool completely on the baking sheet for about 30 minutes. Once cooled, snap them into individual pieces along the scored lines.
- Store: Keep your crackers fresh by storing them in an airtight container for up to a few days.
