Low-Carb Baked Cheese Crisps
This is my absolute go-to snack! It takes only 10 minutes to make, never fails, and is always a crowd-pleaser. These crisps are low-carb, gluten-free, and won't derail your healthy eating goals. They offer the perfect crunch, and kids absolutely love them!
Ingredients
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese (You can also substitute with Parmesan, Monterey Jack, or your favorite hard cheese.)
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 370°F.
- Prepare the baking sheet: Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Drop a tablespoon of shredded cheese into separate piles, leaving about 2 inches of space between each pile.
- Bake: Place in the oven and bake for roughly 10 minutes. Keep a close eye on them; they are ready when the edges turn a beautiful golden-brown.
- Cool: Remove from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes.
- Serve: Carefully loosen the crisps from the parchment paper and enjoy!
