Ingredients

  • 2 large or 3 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or heavy cream (For a dairy-free alternative, substitute with coconut or almond milk)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp Himalayan salt
  • A pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prep the potatoes: Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into cubes.
