Refreshing Beetroot Smoothie Recipe

Let me share an easy and incredibly refreshing smoothie recipe that we make all the time.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium beetroot
  • A handful of strawberries (about 10)
  • 2 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 banana (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of coconut milk

Instructions:

Place all the ingredients into a blender, blend until perfectly smooth, and enjoy!
