Quick, fantastic, and surprisingly simple! This low-carb pizza crust is incredibly easy to prepare and perfect for satisfying your pizza cravings without the guilt.

Ingredients
- 4 whole eggs
- 1 to 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (use 2 cups for a thicker crust)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- A pinch of salt
- Optional: ½ cup almond flour (adds a heartier, fuller texture to the crust)
Equipment: You will need a 13 x 9-inch pan or a large skillet.
Instructions
1. Mix the ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, shredded mozzarella, garlic powder, basil, and salt. If you are using almond flour, add it now. Mix everything thoroughly. Tip: Feel free to customize the herbs and seasonings to suit your taste!

2. Cook the crust and add toppings
Pour the mixture into your pan and cook over medium heat. After a couple of minutes, once the bottom is set and lightly browned, gently flip the crust over to cook the other side for a few more minutes. Once the crust is firm, transfer it to a baking tray. Top with your favorite low-sugar pizza sauce, healthy meats or veggies, and a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella.

3. Bake to perfection
Place the pizza in the oven and bake until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and cooked to your desired point.
