Sugar free Ice-cream in 5 minutes!

5-Minute, 3-Ingredient Healthy Ice Cream

This incredibly simple and delicious ice cream recipe was born out of my quest to make a creamy, wholesome treat for my children. After debating whether or not to invest in an ice cream maker, a scorching hot day inspired me to toss three basic ingredients into my blender. Voilà! The result was the best, creamiest strawberry ice cream I have ever tasted. I was genuinely surprised!

It was a massive hit with the whole family—even my husband, who is notoriously picky about his ice cream. It is fresh, creamy, and boasts an authentic ice cream texture. Best of all? It is ready in just five minutes!

You only need three simple ingredients. I highly recommend keeping these staples stocked in your kitchen. That way, whether you have unexpected guests or your child suddenly craves a sweet treat, you can whip this up in an instant.

Ingredients

(Makes approximately 2 servings)

  • 1 cup frozen fruit (strawberries, blueberries, cranberries, or a mixed blend—feel free to freeze your favorite fresh fruits!)
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • Sweetener to taste (I prefer a natural, sugar-free option like Erythritol)

Instructions

  1. Blend: Place all the ingredients into your blender and blend on high until the mixture transforms into a smooth ice cream.
  2. Stir as Needed: I advise pausing the blender occasionally to scrape down the sides and stir the fruit with a spoon. This helps everything blend evenly. Tip: If you prefer a softer, smoothie-like texture, simply add a little extra heavy whipping cream.
  3. Serve and Decorate: Once ready, scoop out your fresh, fruity ice cream. Top it off with sugar-free chocolate syrup, sugar-free chocolate chips, a dollop of whipped cream, fresh fruit, or roasted nuts.

Try it out and let me know how you like it—yum!
